Over the years, CP has evolved a range of Sand Control Screen Products & Completion Accessories with the intention of providing our clients with a comprehensive portfolio of product mix. All our products have been developed with the objective of catering to our client’s specific requirements, shrouded with our support, to assist them in bolstering sales to their customers.
PREMIUM SCREENS
Premium screen's performance is derived from two characteristics, the filter media and secondly the overall construction of the screen. CP's Premium screen uses a mulitple layer sintered mesh laminate as the filter media which provides enhanced sand retention and plugging resistance compared to other types of screens. The sintered mesh consists of a filter layer and one to three support layers. The support layer makes the mesh stronger; the thickness helps ensure weld integrity at terminations of sintered laminated tube.
Furthermore, the sintering process also provides additional strength to the mesh and locks in the engineered pore gemoetry.
ICD COMPLIANCE
CP’s Premium & Wire Wrap Screens can be integrated with an Inflow Control Device (ICD) for optimisation of the reservoir in-flow profile to delay the onset of water production and increase the asset recovery of the field.
