Single components and CP products

crossoversV2.gif

CROSSOVERS & COUPLINGS

Used as an adapter to connect tubular sections such as casing, tubing, drill pipe. It comes in different configurations for connecting different size and type of threads. Example STUB-ACME, API connections, Premium connections like VAM, VAGT, JFE Bear, Tenaris, Hunting.

Capable of connecting various sizes, ensures performance and tubing integrity is maintained appropriately.

mule-shoe2.gif

MULE SHOE / HALF MULE SHOE

Guides the tool assembly (tubing) into the packer seal bore.
Having the (Half) internal taper allows easy insertion of tubing string into the packer bore.

wire-line-entry-guide-web.png

WIRE LINE ENTRY GUIDE

Fitted on the bottom end of the string which allow easier and safe entry of tools.

flow-coupling-web.png

FLOW COUPLING

Heavily walled component installed in areas where turbulence is expected. Flow couplings are usually installed above and below completion components, such as landing nipples, SSD, etc., to reduce the effect of turbulence.

blast-joint.png

BLAST JOINT

Placed directly facing perforations in dual completions/ straight below the tubing hanger in sand fracture situations. The wall of the tool is treated to withstand the jetting force that may result in the proximity of the perforations from incoming fluids.

bull-nose-web.png

BULL NOSE

During downhole operation bull nose comes with a port opening for jetting/cement pumping  operation.

bull-plug.png

BULL PLUG

Used a plug at the end of the string for various operations. It has a smooth round finish making it easy for entry.

millout-extension.png

MILL-OUT EXTENSION

The tool provides a larger ID below the packer to secure the milling tool. The extensive ID is useful when a packer milling and retrieving tool is used. Provides to engage the milling and retrieving tool thereby supporting the hanging weight of the packer string.

SPACER SUB/ SEAL SPACER SUB

Mainly used in application to provide space between seal units.

seal-bore-ext-1.png

SEAL BORE EXTENSION

Gives adequate seal bore length in order that extensive seal assemblies can accommodate tubing movement while being inside the seal bore. Facilitates and ensures proper sealing even when accommodating tubing movement.

SEAL-UNIT-1.png

SEAL UNIT SUB

Acts as the part of tubing string which hosts the seals which sit inside the packer seal bore.Used in multiple numbers (in unison) to provide for contingency sealing over a longer stroke length thereby accommodating for tubing movements as well.

polished-bore-receptable.png

POLISHED BORE RECEPTACLES

Along with seal assembly it provides separation function. And also provides stroke movement for compensation of any tubing movements during production or well treatment.

NO-GO-Locator-1.png

NO GO LOCATOR

Main application been to prevent downward movement, it has a lock sholder to lock itself.

fluted-centralizer.png

FLUTED CENTRALIZERS

It can have dual application of centralising and drifting well bore. The fluted design allows to fluid to pass with minimum obstruction.

Landing-nipple-4.png

LANDING NIPPLE

Landing nipples are included in most completions at pre-decided intervals to enable the installation of flow-control devices, such as plugs and chokes. Large bore allows maximum flow rate. Great extent of versatility to lessen completion and production maintenance cost.

lifting-sub.gif

LIFTING SUB/ PAD EYE/ DOUGHNUT TYPE

A component connected to the top of a tool assembly to lift vertically. Allows the rig elevators to lift the assembled tool string safely
